Guest guest
Meaghan, It was me I think you are thinking of and the formula is take your goal weight times 10. That would be the minimum amount to lose. If you are moderately active or exercise you can add 100-200, even 300 more depending on the level of intensity. From my calculations, not sure on exact amounts, that might have been about 1400 cals so no, not really that much. For lunch you should try to have some protein and veggies. I like soups or salads with an open faced sandwich toasted. You have the right idea. You want to eat several times a day, 4-6 times, breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, like so. The snacks don't have to be much. Sometimes I just have a cracker with peanut butter or handful of cereal or a couple bites of some fruit. I hope this helps you. Also are you getting exercise and drinking water? It all works together. Sorry about the cancer scare. That is a lot of stress. Glad you got good news. Take care, Gena > I don't remember who gave the way to figure out calorie intake, but I > gave it a shot today. Actually I haven't a clue the amount of > calories I consumed, but it was alot more then usually so I'm praying > that was my problem. (Do you guys even know what I'm talking about- > lol They said take your goal weight and multiply it by ten and then > add 200.
