Guest guest
All Orville Redenbacher popcorns are good except for the ones with the different flavours (i.e. other than the usual butter flavour). SmartFood Popcorn is also gf and available in Canada. Not sure where you are writing from but give it a try too.Eileen Goldman wrote: We are brand-new to this (daughter 12 justdiagnosed...no one else in family so far). She lovespopcorn. I read the ingredients last night on theOrville Redenbacker's box we have, but I'm not goodenough yet to know what is safe or not. Can anyonetell me about popcorns, which brands are safe andwhich are not? Thanks so much...this site has been a great help toget me started.Eileen

Guest guest
Eileen, Glad you are enjoying the SY site. We have lots of wonderful members who share TONS of valuable information on the message board. I try to " FILE " as much if it as possible in the " FILES " section of the site. Make sure that you (and our all our other newbies) take a few minutes to check out the FILES and the various folders in there. Guest guest
Thanks Melonie, You have no idea how much your work is appreciated. It feels like such a foreign world when you first start. But the information I'm getting from your site is just what I need to help me feel less overwhelmed by it all. I will check the files section as well. Thanks, Eileen --- onesillyyak wrote: > Eileen, > > Glad you are enjoying the SY site. We have lots of > wonderful > members who share TONS of valuable information on > the message > board. Guest guest
My son and daughter both eat popcorn when they are out on occasions like this. So far, so good. I have never seen wheat in popcorn. I used to worry about the butter sauce – but we haven’t had a problem with any yet. Becky From: SillyYaks [mailto:SillyYaks ] On Behalf Of sallyjd2001 Sent: Saturday, January 28, 2006 9:22 AM To: SillyYaks Subject: Popcorn My son went to Disney on Ice (lucky him) with his school and came home with all of his gf lunch untouched. He told us he had pizza (not true but scared us!) Turns out all he had was popcorn from the vendor there. Has anyone been glutened by theater or show popcorn? I believe he just had regular popcorn no butter. His teachers thought it was ok because there are a lot of kids at his school that are on a gfcf diet and they eat popcorn when they take school trips. He never seems to have symptoms so I am just trying to do the right thing, do most or any of you eat the popcorn when out? Thanks, Sally
