Guest guest
: It sounds like you have a good doc and have been keeping a good close eye on things. Forgive me..though. I'm a bit slow. To clarify: Your last increase was about 4 weeks ago...and it made you feel razzed up and you kept the increase to 30 or you backed down to 20? You back down....right? The thing about t3 is that its great in the right quantity. Too much..is as bad as too little. You want enough to cook your dinner... not burn your house down. LOL So...why don't you try to add in 3 or 5? If after a while you still feel racey..you might want to tinker with the t4 side to see what that garners you. And...I mean small changes...not big 35 mcg jumps...more like 10mcg changes that get to run for 7 week intervals. Maybe in the end...both sides need a bit of a tiny bump? Its great that you already have a base line. SO...for you the hard part is over. All you need to do is some little tweaking. Good luck! ~E:) wrote: 150mcg of T4 and 20mcg of T3.It is hard to be clear about symptoms. I still run outof steam but I am doing so much more now. I ache a lotbut of course my body is creaking back into actionafter a long long period of inactivity. I do stillcrash in the afternoon around 4pm.My doc did say I could increase the T3 to 30mcg aftera month on 20mcg. I have been taking it since thestart of August and did up the dose after 5 weeks (Iforgot to do it after 4!) but it felt like too much asI couldn't sleep. I thought that I needed more time toadjust and maybe I didn't need to increase. Howeverthe days are getting shorter and colder and I thinkthis may be the time to hike up the dose--- E Gillespie wrote:> > > wrote:> > I'm taking a combination of T4/T3. > > > > Maybe I need to> up the T3 when the job gets to be so demanding.> Anyone got any ideas about this?> > :> > What does that combination break down to? > > How long have you been running on it? > > What symptoms do you still have? > > How would your rank them...on a scale of 1-10?> > > > ~E:)> > > > > ~EG Connecticut Total-T 16 months ago / 37.5 mg> Synthetic/120mg Armour since August 7th > > > > > > ---------------------------------> Yahoo!
