Rogene - thanks for the adcive. Korea has 110 on base so we are ok with the electrivity for now. Problem is that he has to move every 3 yrs so who knows where we will be next post. I know we can buy adaptors if we end up somewhere that has 220.

Do you have a recommended link for the pads???? Shipping weight is an issue...we are only allowed so much weight to ship until we have to pay the difference.

Much Love,

Beth

Re: Re: Infrared Light Shown to Reverse Dementia and Memory loss

Beth,I don't know what kind of power outlets they have in Korea . . . That may be a consideration. There are adapters you can get - but I'd bet you could buy whatever you need over there less expensively than you would here. If you can order online.Since weight will be an issue when you join your hubby, you might want to consider an infrared pad. . . They look like a regular heating pad. . . Roll up, etc. . . I'd recommend them for using on painful joints, etc.Hugs,Rogene

Rogene - you are right!!!! Korea is very big on natural healing and most things there are very affordable.

You just made me realize that it could be a positive thing for me to move for my health. I never thought about the cost being cheaper in Korea. Thanks for helping me find something postive about moving.... I NEEDED that!!!!

Much Love,

Beth

Re: Re: Infrared Light Shown to Reverse Dementia and Memory loss

Beth,You might ask your hubby what is available in Korea. . . Since everything seems to be made in that area, you might find a really good deal there. And, you wouldn't have to worry about wiring compatibility.Hugs,Rogene

Steph - thanks for the nfo. It would be hard for me to find the time to go 3 times a week. I noticed a portable one also but I have NO room in my home and with my upcoming move, it would be difficult. I may have to look into finding somewhere to go for now. I just live in a small town and it is hard to find places that offer these type of detox things. If you get one, please let me know how well you like it. PH had a great point about the link I sent...it is made from plastic so it may give off bad things from the plastic.

How are you doing??? I have read some of your post about the tests you have had....I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Much Love,

Beth

Hi Beth, I'm hanging in there. Thanks for asking. I actually feel

better today. I was able to get all of my house work done and my

hubby took me out to dinner. I had an IV vitamin infusion of vitamin

C, magnesium, and B vitamins yesterday which I think helped. I may

get another one tomorrow if I can. I'm glad that you're feeling

better also!

Hi Beth, I get it done right at my ND's office. He has IV's for a lot

of different things. It depends on how long it takes your body to

absorb the liquid, but for me it was one hour and a half. There was a

man there that started his an hour before me and I was done before

him. You can do it as often as you'd like. Since it helped me, I'm

going to call his office this morning to see if I can go again.

Hi Sis - I know I am not Steph...but she and I were looking at the same one. I know you an find some on ebay for $298 with free shipping. However, the website we were looking at had them on sale. The sale ended Friday but I am sure they will run more sales. They also always have free shipping. I will attach the link but make sure you check out ebay also. They have the exact same thing..... http://www.nationalpoolwholesalers.com/prodList.asp?scat=408 actually I just went to get the link and it looks as if the price is still the same. Maybe the extended the sale. I would also love to get one....I can't wait to hear how Steph likes her sauna. Much Love, Bethauntsisnj <auntsisnj@...>

Beth,

I am not sure what to think....but if it makes you sweat with FIR,

then it would be worth it!

or knows alot about them can help me with this. I came across this

while searching for small saunas. I have absolutely NO room in my

home for a sauna....my kids have taken over my house :)

talked about I can hardly wait to go to the store and get the

ingredients to make it!!!!! Thanks for a good/healthy recipe. I

think that is one thing I struggle with the most is knowing what to

eat that is healthy that does not take ALOT of time to put together.

Nor do I want to have to make several different meals for me and the

boys!!!!
