As we all know 1 oz of sausage and 1 oz cheese cube is nothing but if you scramble the sausage with onion, etc and add it to the egg you get lots of great taste. Also if you use finely shredded cheese a little goes a long way. Breakfast Tacos 320 calories 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled 1 oz cooked scrambled sausage 1/2 oz shredded cheese Roll into flour tortilla with your favorite salsa NOTE: I scramble a pound of Owen's sausage and some onion, pepper, drain and refrigerate for later use. My taco is so stuffed that I usually eat most of it with a folk 's lowfat Migas 2 servings 300 calories each 2 eggs and 2 egg whites scrambled with 1 corn tortilla or 1/2 oz tortilla chips 2 oz scrambled cooked sausage (pepper and onions added) warmed 1 oz shredded cheese Mix eggs, tortilla chips, scramble, add warmed sausage and shredded cheese Place on center of a lunch plate add a piece of cilanto or slice of fruit.
