Just thought I'd share our dinner menu... I made pan fried lotus root

chips as an appetizer, Shanghai Bok Choy, drunken shrimp, and Pan

Fried (rice) noodles. All three recipes came from my " From the Earth:

Chinese Vegetarian Cooking " cookbook. I'd never had drunken shrimp

before, so that was an experience- quite a strong alcohol flavor!

Anyway, it's nice to have time to cook something fancy occasionally. :)
