Have you been in any 'dark' areas where the spider may have been disturbed -- and NO I don't mean disturbed in the head ~ we KNOW you are that !!!!!!! LOL !!!!!! BUT REALLY ~~~ not sure of what the bite of one looks like ~~ just have seen the results afterwards of the 'eating away of the flesh' !!!! GROSS !!!!!!!!!! Hope that is NOT what it is !!!!! She was in the hospital for a few weeks over that. This has been about 7 years ago. The spiders are big and they have a marking on thier back that resembles a fiddle I think. Guest guest Posted September 9, 2005 Report Share Posted September 9, 2005 Update on the critter thing - no vampires that I know of, but have seen a bat or two don't think it's a brown recluse - we have a ton of spiders, but none of them have that violin marking snake? ha! ya'll are right they wouldn't DARE bite me and live to tell about it haha! still don't have a clue what got me, but I feel fine and it seems to be healing ok (no flesh eating or anything like that) just strange....I'm watching it close and keeping it cleaned and covered (with my socks LOL) Now if i could just get 30 minutes or so to get through my email....ugh!
