Since then, I have not missed one day of writing down everything I eat. I keep my calories between 1000 and 1200. Anything more and I have big gains. I know my problem right now is lack of enough exercise. It is just so hot!! I do have lots of equipment to exercise at home, but since I work outside most of the day, doing heavy manual labor, I just have no energy when I get home. I just put $23.30 in my tank and it was only half empty!! I do get good gas milage though, but even that doesn't help much. Just don't know how often I can go over to Clear Lake to dance. I will definitely go to the singles dance in Kemah in a couple of weeks though. Don't know why I enjoy it so much, there's nothing but old people there, specially the men!!!
