Guest guest
LOL!!! I guess that is what happens when you have kids!! Robin and I are looking forward to school starting because then we will have the mornings to do stuff alone! Maureen Re: Question of the day--Friday 8-2-02 > What strategies do you use when you go grocery shopping? That way I get my main foods first, and plan my meals by what meats are on sale, then shop for canned and boxed items to fill in the rest. I have also found some items that are advertised as light, arent necessarily lower points then the real thing, or only a 1 pt difference, so it does pay to read those labels!! And oh yes Maureen, it is MUCH more enjoyable to go alone-LOL, but Jim and I shop together most of the time so it is like a date night for us--I know , we need to get a life too:) Caren ><(((*>

Guest guest
, Have you tried the skinny cows?? I was surprised at how good they are and only 2 points. I told Robin last night that I thought they were as good as his Dreyers all natural ice cream. Maureen Re: Question of the day--Friday 8-2-02 What she said! Guest guest
Shopping. Well I try to make a list and stick to it. The last few months it has been to the grocery store alone or with a friend, we use that as time we can chat and visit. And then on Sat I go to the fruit/veg stand. Going with my friend seems to keep us both honest, and we kind of raze each other into staying with our lists. I would not really say it was anything other than something that I need to do. I enjoy it more when the store is not crowded. Eleanor F --- puffmommy5465 wrote: > > > What strategies do you use when you go grocery > shopping? Guest guest
Unfortunately, I live in one of those areas where we can't get them. I have asked at the grocery store and the say their distribution center can't get them. BooHoo! And while I'm whining, I want a Trader Joe's!!!!!!!!! |--------+-----------------------> | | " RW " | | | <r.rweston@ve| | | rizon.net> | | | | | | 08/02/2002 | | | 10:13 AM | | | Please | | | respond to | | | wwliterside | | | | |--------+-----------------------> >-----------------------------------------------------------| | | | To: wwliterside | | cc: (bcc: -C /BRE/AGFA/US/BAYER) | | Subject: Re: Question of the | | day--Friday 8-2-02 | >-----------------------------------------------------------| , Have you tried the skinny cows?? Guest guest
Well I actually love to grocery shop and try new finds! But here lately with everything going on. I tend to decide what I want and have time to fix then just go get what is needed. So here I am going to the store just about every day! How is that for time managment!
