I would check with the Dr. Does your child have any allergies that you know of? Is he taking any kind of vitamins? Some things interact and you would have no idea. I always find it best to check with the Dr's office. I used to work in a hospital, and it really is the best advice out there. Inge
Guest guest
Nature Ok no one told me I had to continue the tylenol, big head thump, it ran out and katy bar the door he screamed his little heart out it made me cry to see him like that luckily I remember that the last time this happened he was the happiest little camper when they finaly cut through. I re dosed him with tyelenol and gave him a cold bottle and he is shouting for joy now, I guess I will give him one more dose before bed and maybe we will all get some zzzzzz's tonight. DH and I both had early days today and the babysitter canceled the last two days and we have and early one tomorow. Lucky my days are only 2-3 hours long and I work at home tomorow. Any advice is welcome from you seasoned moms. Thnaks so much for listening. Zephyr

Guest guest
I personally think that advil or mortin are more effective than tylenol, but that is just my opinion. I especially like to use it at night because it will last 8 hours. Most of the time I just do morning and bedtime (so it is usually closer to 10-12 hours between doses) unless the kids are just miserable. When I do use tylenol I try to wait at least 5-6 hours between doses. Again this is just my opinion and what I have seen works with my kids. The only part that came from the dr of nurse practioner (friend) is the part about making sure it is at least 4 hours between doses. Hope this helps! Guest guest
Looks like you have found what works with the tylenol and cold bottle. Just keep on keepin' on! Hopefully, they will break through in the next day or so and you can get back the happy camper you have always had! > Nature > > Ok no one told me I had to continue the tylenol, big head thump, it ran out and katy bar the door he screamed his little heart out it made me cry to see him like that luckily I remember that the last time this happened he was the happiest little camper when they finaly cut through.
