Kim don't sweat it. I stabilize every third week too It will start up again.

remember protein and water . I have to be real careful of carbs myself as I

crave them crackers mostly. i FIT THEM IN MY MEALS BUT ALWAYS WITH PROTEIN OF

SOME SORT EITHER CHEESE OR TUNA FOR SOME REASON PEANUT BUTTER IS VERY HARD FOR

ME AND EVERY OTHER TIME i HAVE TRIED TO LOSE WEIGHT i " JONESED " FOR PEANUT

BUTTER. Shoot cap lock button on sorry !! lol as I was saying.... carry on.

you'll be fine.

I still am not drinking as much as I would like to but I am aware of it so

that is a starting point.
