Hi everyone,

I need some advice. Some background first - When I was first dx with

cea I was prescribe a sulfur base tinted lotion and cortisone, I

eas told to mix the two and apply to my face. At the time my only

symptoms were occasionally blushing and reddness. Well, after using

the lotion and cortisone my face got blotchy and red bumps every

where. I was told 1% of the population is allergic to cortisone and

it was probably the sulfur lotion. Years later a dermotolgist told

me it was probably something in the lotion and not the sulfur. Well

when I first tried the brown Ltd stick my face got very red. I

stopped and tried again ~2 months later. I only put it on the right

side of my face. The seb derm started to clear up after two days and

by three days I notice a moderate reduction in the redness and my

face seemed to be less sensitive. I of course started to get very

excited, and began to use it on the rest of my face. Keep in mind I

was only using it in the evening. Well by day five I notice little

red bumps on the right side of my face. So I stopped using it. Well

by day 7 and 8 I looked like an adolescent with bad acne. I happened

to be on vacation, which put a damper on it. It took about 10days

before it started to look okay. So.... after a long winded story -

sorry, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and does

anyone know what the ingredients are in the brown cea Ltd stick.

I'm about to freak out and stop using anything with sulfur in it.

Laurel Sulfurant appears to be in everything.

I would appreciate any comments. Thanks so much.

One more question. I fill out the questioneer for the Sher system.

They sent me a video, and a suggested list of items to purchase.

There are alot. I'm a little afraid to use some many products at

once, because if I have a reaction I wouldn't know which one caused

it. Has anyone tried the Sher system, with any good results.

Thanks again, and sorry for the length of the e-mail.

K.
