I was so surprised to so many people reply to my message. Everyone

in the group is so supportive. Thank you for all of the info. you

all gave me. I guess what it is is the fear of the unknown. As

for pain tolerance mine is pretty high, I just don't know what to

expect. Like I said I am in the beginning process of the whole

thing. I have a highly recommened ortho. from my city(Halifax, Nova

Scotia) so I feel quite confident in his suggestions. I still have

to meet with the surgon to find out alot more to the surgery. I

have also heard so many bad things about jaw surgery. Throwing up

and suffociating, nose bleeds, fainting, and so much more. It just

really scares me. I've read alot of the postings and I seen so many

people say how bad the surgery was for them, and how much they

regret having it done. I hope with more knowledge to the whole

thing I won't be so scared anymore. Thank to everyone who

responded. I'll keep reading for more info.
