Just so you know. Guatamala(sp?) also does not require a passport

from US citizens and it is much easier to travel in and out of to see

children and then to pick them up. Might I also mention now that the

federal gov't gives a $10,000 tax credit on all adoptions. That is

per child, too. So, if you adopted two at a time(there are so many

sibling groups looking for a home together) you would have all of

your costs about covered at tax time. Make sure you check into if

you need to travel to pick up the children or if they are escorted in

for you. Good luck. I looked into this previously, but DH did not

approve?!?!
