Can someone figure out points please?

My mother in law makes this awesome cake and I'd like to check the points if

someone would be so kind. She figures it wouldn't be much for points and I

disagree ( Isn't that what you do with in-laws?). I figure the eggs and the

sugar will bring up the points and she says that since there isn't much fat it

shouldn't hurt.

I am not sure how many servings because when she used to make it I would eat

huge pieces of it. Hmmmm, let's make it 15 servings.

didn't even think about it, just copied the post into MC.

Weezie, that will make a difference, so you need to let me know the amount or

add the amount for the flour in it. Sorry!!!

OOOpps that should have had 1-1/2 cups flour. That will make the points higher

for sure. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. So if it isn't too much

trouble maybe Maureen could figure it out with the flour added. Sorry.

Good to here from you! Come back when you feel ready. Tell dy hello

and I'm so glad she and baby are doing fine, keep us posted

-- Re: Can someone figure out points please?

Hello everyone!!! It's been a long time since I posted anything

here. I just got to a point that I didn't want to hear or see the

word POINTS or WEIGH IN. After 1 1/2 years, I just couldn't handle

it & needed a break. I think that I may be ready soon to again get

back on track. I've been lurking around a bit and taking down

recipes and such.

Welcome newbies & congratulations to all the losers!

I also have been quite busy and do not see this changing. So, I

won't be posting much, mostly lurking, but will pop in now and again

with a few words.

This recipe caused me to pop in this time. It sounds really good,

BUT it does not say how much flour to use! No flour was put into

Mastercook when it was figured either. Don't you think that flour

will change the points?!?!

BTW, my daughter " dy " is doing great with her weight & her

precious little one that is due in Oct.
