Dear Dave,Thank you and the committee so much for all this hard work.At our first conference, Ivor informed us that the chapter on PSC in medical textbooks had not changed one word in decades !Let's change those pages to include a better understanding of PSC, an effective treatment and someday a cure. These ideas and incentives can bring the information and interest needed for progress.Together in the fight , whatever it takes !Great job !!LeeThe Medical/Scientific Advisory Committee is currently considering three proposals as to how we might begin to distribute our funds and impact PSC research: Proposal 1. Support the STOPSC registry.Proposal 2. Give an annual prize for best PSC research at a national liver meeting.Proposal 3. Develop a competitive grants program to support PSC research fellows. Each of these proposals is outlined at:http://www.pscpartners.org/proposals.htm.

Enter your vote today! A new poll has been created for the

group:

Some members prefer NOT to receive news articles

(overwhelming, too much information, disheartening, etc.).

Many of the medical articles are available at

http://www.psc-literature.org/ (the news articles are

generally not).

What is your preference? I've listed a few options,

and am open to other suggestions.

Arne

o NO articles, please

o Post articles only in the files section (remove after fixed time period)

o Post links to articles only in the links section (same time restriction)

o I'm fine with the articles as they come - I can always delete them without

reading
