Guest guest Posted March 23, 2001 Report Share Posted March 23, 2001 Hi everyone, I just feel sooooooo happy!! I thought I share that with you all for a change!! I haven't been exercising much (besides yoga and weights) because I was afraid if I did anything aerobic I would lose weight.. Well, today it is finally nice out.. really windy but lots of sun!! I went for a power walk. I was only able to go for about 15 minutes before feeling tired though... it felt sooo good. I have missed it sooooooooooooo much. I am big into exercise if you couldn't tell!! I feel " normal " again, even if it is only for a little while!! I ate a big lunch and am going to go eat a muffin since I just came back from the walk... so I don't lose any calories!! I am really tired now, but in a good way and promise to rest up for the rest of the day!! Thanks for listening to me!! lisa r T.T.F.N.
