's was rather traumatic, so I was dreading it a bit. I was in labor all day and had no idea. I had a back ache that got worse as the day went on and also got regularly spaced apart! I finally went to the hospital (30 min drive) at 4:15 and when I got there, I was at 10 cm and 100% effaced. So much for stuff to read in labor! I pushed starting at 5:30 and had Cameron at 6:10. He turned very easy (he was looking forward) and I had a very small tear that required 2 small stitches. I'll take more births like that! Congrats on your Aug. 10th baby!!
