Possibly adrenal fatigue. How tired are you when you are not chelating? and what is chelation like at a lower dose? Have you had any tests and what were the results? If the adrenals are weak the person will worsen with thyroid hormone and can even get hyperthyroid symptoms or, if the adrenals are really weak, go into adrenal crisis. That's why adrenals are supposed to be treated first. J > Does anyone have any input? > > thanks, > > Steve C. >

At this point, I cannot tolerate thyroid hormone, and I do not think that thyroid hormone is needed. Does anyone have any input? -----------How long have you been at these doses, and did you gradually build up to this, or recently increased your dose? These doses may possibly be too high for you, and you might feel better and more functional at a lower dose. I prefer taking a low dose and feeling good on a round. So I would suggest trying a lower dose and see how it goes/feels.-------Jackie T. thanks, Steve C.

Guest guest
Are you on the supplements in Andy's book? IF so, lower your dose. You may be taking too much and moving too much to quickly. For us lowering the dose and increasing vitamin C helped this. > > Hi everyone, > > When I take DMSA 50 mgs and ALA 50 mgs on the 3 hour schedule, I get > to be so tired that I don't want to get out of bed anymore. Have you had any tests and what > were the results? I have done the Basal temperature test and come up short. Yet even on very low armour thyroid doses, I go way hyperthyroid. I am dealing with an extremely unpleasant mercury problem, and do not have access to near as much support as I wished I had. I suppose my goal is to just make as much progress as I can within the means I have. I am so sick I cannot work, and I would much rather spend a year in substantial discomfort and have an additional year of my life in which I can work, and enjoy life, rather than than spend further years sitting around, and seeing life pass by. Guest guest
, I was so sick last spring I was going into kidney failure, per my chelation doctor! I am STILL on 12.5 mg DMSA/12.5mg ALA,now up to 4-5 days on/ 2-3 days off - after 7 months I can function quite well, without all the horrible side effects. I used a homeopathic kidney/liver drainage product FIRST, then after 3 months, started on my chelation. I also take only T3, as taking Armour caused me to experience BAD hyperthyroid symptoms [i was prob in bad adrenal stress at that time too, but the drs didnt check that out too, like they were supposed to - now I know!] Please reconsider your high chelation regime - you can get well just fine on a LOWER dosage routine and with good kidney/liver drainage. And please take the supplements outlined in Andy's list. They make a big difference also. And, after a couple - 3 months, you may find you can go back to work, at least find a part-time job. I did, and am going to make it and whip this toxicity! Donna A -- In frequent-dose-chelation , " corvulusthemighty " wrote: > > > > > > Are you on the supplements in Andy's book? Guest guest
I can definitely understand your haste. It is just what is likely making you uncomfortable. Most here will tell you that higher dose more intense chelation will cause this, and not yeild good results. I do hope you feel better, and find a way to handle chelation. I know how difficult it is. > > > > Are you on the supplements in Andy's book? IF so, lower your dose. > > You may be taking too much and moving too much to quickly.
