Welcome! my friend's daughter has IBS and it's no joke. You must really be

disciplined to stick to such a strict diet. Give us a few more details if you

want. Age, kids etc. Jinx

Thanks for the warm welcome - you guys all seem so supportive I just new I

would be welcome here!

Yes, the diet was hard at first. I typically eat berries and an apple for

breakfast or oatmeal with cut up fruit. For lunch I had a hard boiled egg

veggies and fruit till I was full. And for supper brown rice or a baked potato

some kind of meat, usually a stir fry and lots of veggies and usually a salad. I

feel very full and satisfied. Maybe just a little psychologically deprived! For

a snack in the evening some popcorn with a little butter and salt or fruit if I

want. At first it was hard but it's easy now . I had to put a lot of time

thinking baout my meals but it's easier now, the first 3 days were brutal!

Hi Tammy,

My name is Sue, I live in Fla with my hubby and 2 sons and have about 80lbs

to lose. Since I joined a week or so ago I have gained (!!) 4 lbs (water

weight I hope) but am now back to my starting weight of 232. Just wanted to

say " Welcome " . I'm too new at this myself to have any answers for your

questions, but know that lots of the gals will. Congrats on doing so well

on

such a restrictive diet for 2 whole weeks!! What can you eat? Just lean

meat, certain fruits and veggies? Don't know that I could stay on that

indefinitely. Sounds VERY healthy, but I would miss my carbs way to much!

You will enjoy this group immensely and learn lots.
