I don't have any info on him or the El Paso facility... but I can see what I can find out for you. 50 bands isn't all that bad. As long as he keeps up with the trainings for the Hanger Cranial Band/plagio and he is knowledage. I'll email 's old Orthotist for you and let you know what I find out.
