My daughter's nutritionist and GI both recommended switching to Bamboo cooking utensils because Bamboo is non-porous. The whole family is not gluten-free. I have separate ones still labeled for my daughter's food, but it has been great because now I don't even have to worry about them in the sink and stuff like that. I found mine through The Pampered Chef. (They also don't stain like the wooden ones tend to do!)
