weird experience that keeps happening

Since January of this year, I have noticed periods when I feel bad and agitated and take my temperature and find it to be 99.3. Since I normally have always had a low temperature, I would be thinking I must be getting ill but it passes and returns a few days or weeks later. I went to my Internist with my questions and she ran the usual tests looking for infections but everything looked normal and she had no ideas.

Last night I had a headache as I went to bed. I woke up with it, also, after not sleeping well. I couldn't decide if I was too hot or too cold as I woke up, Piling the covers on, or off ,did not work. My temp was 99.3 and my heart was running fast. I was tense and kept stretching trying to get comfortable.

The headache and other symptoms are gone now but I wanted to ask if anyone else recognizes this as typical of thyroid malady? I am currently moving from 90 to 120 mg of Armour.
