in our case it was the ped. who found it initially but we had

noticed the flat spot developing. In the beginning she thought it

might just be a weak neck muscle but it was tort. So she referred us

for physical therapy. I'm not familar with who exactly can or should

diagnosis the torticollis you should put a post asking that.
