The only use I know of for cobalt in the body is in the form of B12. That seems possibly relevant, but maybe there is another reason. It's funny how we are all a bit different and need to figure out some of these little extras we need by asking around and experimenting. A brief web search seems to give mixed info on PABA - some say it is a thyroid hormone antagonist and some say it is helpful for both hypo and hyper.
