Here is the order form that orthos use to order from Orthomerica: http://www.orthomerica.com/pdf/cranial_ochart.pdf The regular Starband is not FDA approved for scapho use (only FDA approved for plagio and brachy,) but the Starlight is FDA approved for scapho use in addition to plagio and brachy.
