My third round on DMSA

Hello...

I did my third round on DMSA, 12,5 mg this week (Monday-Tuesday-

Wednesday) and it went pretty well.. almost no symptoms.. So, I am

encouraged to go on... a very slight headache the first day that went

very quickly and maybe some minor tongue irritation.. very manageable

anyway.. much much better than my previous round (in June)..

I had done the first two rounds in June.. after the second round I

had some digestive problems.. some of you suggested it may be candida

related..so I took an anti-candida essential oil for one month and a

half and eliminated sugar (except some fruit)...

On this last round, learning from my past experience, I increased

intake of vitamin C, milk thistle plus the regular supplements. Also

I took Slippery Elm twice a day and I think it did help protect the

digestive system.. also I took the anti-candida essential oil only

once a day (usually it is to be taken 3 times a day).. I don't know

if all these precautions helped make the round really smooth.. So, I

am feeling like continuing the process soon..

On the other hand, the third week of August I had to go to see a

dentist (a regular one).. as one amalgam broke.. he fixed it (of

course with good material) but a few days after I felt weaker.. my

walking, etc.. I am wondering if it was the dentist's visit.. and I

haven't recouped yet.. I have to go and see him again for a cleaning

session next week, and maybe fixing another amlagam.. part of me

doesn't feel like going but another part feels like I have to go.. it

is not an easy decision..

After all what I read here about dentists' visits.. one gets scared..

but sometimes we have no choice... anyway I am going to wait until

after this coming visit to do my next round on DMSA...

Thanks for reading this..
