I would recommend going to the Dermatologist right away..the doctor showed me pictures of " untreated cases " TRUST ME...not a pretty picture. plus its one of those deals the sooner the better. My allergies definitely get worse when I go to bed at night. I don't have a problem by just going to the bathroom. What kind of antibiotic cream do you use? (IBS) I use my muscles and things close down in the sinus area, too. They will do the same thing just if I lie down to go to bed. Darcy - I am sure if you have major allergy problems it is even worse for you. I have mentioned this to my PCP but not really gotten an answer. I use saline drops to keep the sinus blockage as fluid as possible. I put an antibiotic cream in the nasal passages to keep the build up from getting to dried up to be able to blow out of my nose.
