I should mention that I have talked to a couple of internet people

with 's disease who tell me that they don't stress dose (they

must be sort of border line 's or have healed some since

diagnosis).

It makes sense that your need for cortisol is high right now because

you just had 2 surgeries. You may find in the future that you don't

need to stress dose and if so, so much the better. It really depends

on the person and how much adrenal reserve the person has.
