Lunch at The Cheesecake Factory

HOT SPINACH AND CHEESE DIP with 10 tortilla chips (?)

Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Shallots, Garlic and a Mixture of Cheeses Served

Bubbly Hot with Tortilla Chips and Salsa.

1/4 BARBEQUE RANCH CHICKEN SALAD(?)

Avocado, Tomato, Grilled Corn, Black Beans, Cucumber and Romaine all Tossed

with Our Barbeque Ranch Dressing. Topped with Lots of Crispy Fried Onion

Strings for Crunch

Dinner at another restaurant

1/2 chicken salad croissant with lettuce

Not sure how many points today - the hazard of eating out

I had to pick my niece up at the airport last night so I spent the day

in the Twin Cities shopping and eating. I don't do this very often so I'm

sure it will work out OK. If you ever have a chance to eat at The

Cheesecake Factory go for it. I ate at the one in Chicago and now they have

one in Edina about 90 miles from my home. The portions are HUGE and could

easily be shared. I have had the cheesecake before I was OP and it is

awesome although now point friendly. 15 PTs per slice for the plain

cheesecake. I am going to try to get the nutritional information on some

other menu items. You can go to www.cheesecakefactory.com to take a look at

their menu.

Yes, we are talking about the Cheesecake factory. I have no idea about the

points of any of these, they just sound really good!!! If I ever get to go, I

would have to guess the points the best I could.

OMG!!! I just went to check out their menu and it all sounds sooooo good!!!

I checked out their locations because I haven't seen one nearby and the

closest one is about 30 minutes away, but near a big mall that we go to

sometimes. Maybe I can talk Robin into going there next time we go to that

mall. My only problem would be what to get.....maybe one of everything?

I am with you on this one their food is a killer unless you eat very little

of it. Their portions are gigantic and even though it is really good it is a

tough place for me with all that temptation. Just a little warning.
