Crystal, a pound a week is a good safe pace after losing so much. I think

you are doing just fantastic. Your husband has a new woman with the new

Crystal.

I have decided that I need to get this weight off my frame and am looking to

join Curves. I went in today for my first workout and it was much easier

than I expected it to be. The manager gave me a free one week pass so I can

give things a try before I join due to my health issues. The only machine I

had trouble with was the one where you do squats....ouch! Anyhow I was

wondering if any other ladies out there have used Curves and what you

thought about them. I'd love some input before I sign on the dotted line

for membership. :) My neph actually called a Curves to check how the

machines worked and to talk to them about the type of workout it was so that

he could o.k. me for it.

Right now all I know is this weight has got to go and I have come to the

realization that I lack the motivation to exercise at home. If I'm paying

for a membership I will use it due to my frugal nature....it's sort of a way

to force myself to go. Any thoughts or experiences??
