Made an easy yet yummy dinner last night. Spread refried beans on GF tostada shells. Topped with Muir Glen fire-roasted tomatoes with green chilies (these are soooooooo good) and low fat Mexican cheese blend. About 40 seconds in the microwave and then topped with lettuce and salsa. I serve this with natural applesauce - good, healthy and fast. Kerri

That does sound good and something I know most of my family would like... where do you get the Muir Glen Fire-roasted tomatoes w/green chiles?
