I increased my dancing time to 60 minutes for this week, since 45 did not feel like enough. I pushed through the tired slump at the 35 minute mark and got the whole thing in. I can feel that I worked out today, but not sore, guess that is a good thing. Anyway, here are the totals for today: Breakfast: 1 pouch Chex Morning Mix 1 c 1% milk 1/2 c mixed tropical fruit Lunch: 2 c. pasta, veggies and chicken mixed together in bowl (2 c total, not each, haha) Snack: 3 c. microwave popcorn 1 can Diet Dr. Pepper Dinner: 3 oz breaded and baked pork chop baked potato with fat free sour cream and dab margarine 2 c. asparagus, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, mixed Snack: 1 serving Del Monte Fruit Pleasures Pie Spiced Apples 1 c 1% milk Water: about 96 oz Exercise: 50 crunches 60 minutes cardio (line dancing) Take care, everyone!
