But any time I use soap with Palm oil in it (have tried soap made by 3 people to make sure it wasn't a bad batch issue) I get what I call " alligator skin " . The skin on my face gets very dry and then crackly - just like an alligator. It is really icky, so obviously I don't use CP made with Palm for myself. My son has the same reaction to it - so when I make a batch for us, I use Lard. But if I am going to sell it I use Palm because - depending on what part of Houston I am doing a show in - I have people ask me if it is all veggie soap.
