I have been taking my thyroid meds every am, on an empty stomach, with

DMPS and cortef for over a year.

The dose later in the day sometimes I take with DMPS, sometimes not,

sometimes with food, sometimes not. When I was chelating with ALA I

often took everything at the same time. It does not make any

difference for me.
