such a devastating illness for everyone. I look forward to the day when

medical science has eliminated this from our lives.

Glad you both had a great time! Well we found out when we returned from our

trip that my dh's mother has terminal cancer. They are giving her two

weeks. She is a fighter though, so I will give her longer. DH has gone to

the hospital, but she has not wanted anyone else to see her yet. She didn't

even want me to know! Anyway, my FIL called today and said we should tell

the kids. So I'm not sure what are how things will be for awhile.

I'm glad that I'm officially allowed to know now, I did not sleep at all

last night, now I can start to come to terms with this my way, which is

talking about it. Hope you all don't mind. ( I know you won't). Anyway I

need to take the kids out to get suits probably so I will get a salad from

the mall, as DH is planning on staying at the hospital to give his father a

break.

Good Morning!!

We will be having Kielbasa Skillet (sliced RF kielbasa with potatoes, onions,

carrots, and cabbage cooked together in a skillet) and a salad made with veggies

from our garden, and SF jell-o for dessert.

Did I tell you that the neighbors are adding on a room to their house? Well,

they did the concrete for the foundation yesterday and the boys went over to

help. They were over their from 1-7pm, so we had a very late dinner. No one

there (except the neighbor himself) could believe that they knew anything about

what was going on or that they would be any help. just turned 12 yo and

will be 11 yo at the end of the month, and they have watched Robin or

helped him build our house since they were little so they have learned a lot.

Robin said that when he got home and went over there too, that the other guys

were commenting on how they actually knew what to do and really worked.

Thanks ! I was pretty proud of them! The neighbor had heart surgery last

summer and I said something about he should not be out working in the heat like

he was, so they heard that and decided that they would go help him. I think

they really enjoyed doing it, but they were both warn out when they got back

over here. They cleaned up, ate dinner, and went to bed....sound asleep when

they hit their pillows.

them to clean their rooms, it would have taken a week to get it done. LOL!
