Guest guest
I found a definition for pathopneumonic online, meaning specific for a certain problem. Didn't find it in Stedman's or Dorland's dictionaries, though. And it is G-tube, per Stedman's GI/GU. Hope this helps! Guest guest
G-tube per Stedman's ABBREV. If it was a brand name, then I could understand capitalizing the tube, but this is just an abbreviation for gastrostomy tube. Hope that helps. ) Joy ----Original Message Follows---- To: <NMTC > Subject: Re: 2 questions Date: Sun, 26 Jan 2003 19:59:07 -0800 Could #2 be pathognomonic? 2 questions That is, it was discovered upon a recent trip to the hospital and when a **G-tube** was installed, that resident has an ongoing **s/l pathopneumonic process in the form of a tumor in the thalamus area of his brain.
