{Plagio} Band material seperating

My son's DOC band is seperationg in a couple areas. The shell is apart from the foam material. Has anyone else had this problem, and did CT/ or other supplier replaced with new one for free?

Lia,

We never had that problem. I'd call them today to get it taken care

of.

How in the world did that happen? Does he play with it a lot?

We never had that problem. I'd call them today to get it taken care

of.

How in the world did that happen? Does he play with it a lot?

Lia,

Call them immeadiately. CT is very good about making sure everything

is top quality and will do whatever is necessary to make sure you are

getting the best.

Lia,

Lia, Bella was just banded this week - but they said several times if I

had any questions to call immediately. She ended up having a red spot

that wouldn't go away and they brought her in right away for an

adjustment. You've probably already done so, but I'd go ahead and

call - and if it's through CT, the initial payment of $3,000 is

supposed to cover everything - I'd imagine this would be covered.
