Guest guest
ANdy has mentioned, 25 mg, but says that 20 is a safer catchall amount that should be safe for all. How long have you been on it? It took me some time before things really got much better, other than the immediate mental symptoms. In fact, I went on a roller coaster for awhile and had to switch to Prednisolone to finally get that stabilized. You might want to try that as well, as it seems to be a little stronger in ways, yet is supposed to be safe in 5 Mg doses.(equivalent to 10 mg h/c) ~Inga > hi everyone, > i have been on 15 mg cortisol for several months (10 mg for several > months before that) and my saliva test showed only the very lowest > of " normal " . i am now up to 20 mg, and only feel slightly better; i > am still tired and very weak; unable to do much of anything. > > my question is - what is the highest dose of cortisol that you can > safely take? does anyone take a dose higher than 20 mg? > > thanks in advance. dawn. > >
