Guest guest
Jette, Sucks doesn't it?! It's bad enough I am the baby of 5 girls but am the shortest too! Just not fair!!!!! LOL Then to lose some of the valuable height I have, just couldn't believe it! Mine is a combo of things. I has a slight curvature of the spine, have had back injuries, have had arthritis since I was a kid and the weight. My chiro said with continued weight loss and treatment on my back that I could get some of it back. Actually already have. Two years ago Mike said I was more like 5'2 1/2 " but now am back to 5'3 " . Also the time of day matters. It's best to measure in the morning because you have like little sponges in your spine that fill with fluid at night and during the day it gets squished out. So you can be up to an inch shorter at night! Yikes!!! Also taking MSM, glucosamine and chondroiten and calcium is supposed to help. Oh and of course posture! I get on Cassie all the time for slouching! Take care, Gena > >LOL I used to be 5'3 & 3/4 but I have shrunk!!!! :-( > > Me too!
