We use ipatropium [sp?] along with the albuterol [1:1] in a

nebulizer. I understand the ipatropium has some atropine-like

properties and effects.

Atropine IV is used in animal medicine as pre- anesthesia to dry

secretions. Same principle.

FYI cost is considered a contraindication in animal medicine.
