This all sounds even more adrenal in nature to me. 7 in the evening onward,

during digestion, etc....the adrenal glands work very hard during these

times, especially when they're weak and can't produce what they would

ordinarily, mostly due to sustained hypothyroidism that has bashed the

adrenal glands in the past and made them work continuously on overtime for a

long time.
