Hi Val,

You wouldn't be the first parent here who had their ortho lie to them,

unfortunately. I think if you're not happy with his correct thus far

and if you can swing it, switch to the DOCband. If you do you won't

have to worry if the band is passive or active. Also you'll know your

son is going to see some correction. It would probably relieve a lot

of your stress to. You must be soooo stressed out about this, I'm

sorry you're going through this.
