EMS as medical professionals

There's a great little movie called " A Day Without Mexicans " in which,

suddenly, all the illegal Mexicans are gone. The point of the movie is that so

many functions are performed by these people that without them the country

almost

comes to a complete stop.

Wouldn't it be interesting if there was " A Day Without EMS? "
