You would need 7-8 32 oz bottles per day. And make sure your portion sizes are smaller, and are you eating veggies??? Also are you lifting weights? That can help you lose fat and also since you are working out you may have gained muscle and that may not show a loss on the scale but if you measure yourself you can see inches gone. You can post a daily menu here also and your fellow WLB's can let you know what you are lacking or excessing in. And don't give up!
