He has no navicular tenderness. No true s/l " scapoleunic " tenderness.

Right shoulder motion shows full active motion, however, there is minimum pain

on s/l " extring " of forward flexion. Good shoulder abduction and external

rotation strength.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the doc is saying " associated " unlar styloid fracture. But then I

also hear maybe the word shield in there too? Anyone have any suggestions.
