Guest guest
, If you get a new band with fresh holding points it probably would speed things up. There really isn't a good excuse for waiting a week to send the cast out. That is quite inexcusable. Both my kids were casted on a Saturday and it was sent out that day. Within a week they were wearing their bands. Even a UPS strike wouldn't be a good excuse. There are lots of other carriers. If someone gave me that excuse I'd tell them to get in their own car and get it themselves! Seriously a new band could really speed up her progress and wrap things up faster. You said she had good progress the first two weeks. Hasn't it slowed since then? Think what a new band could do. I know castings aren't something to really look forward to, but they're fast. DD has a VCUG next week. Let's just say I'd rather her go through 5 castings than have to do this, but it needs to be done. We'll get through it. I'm taking a lollipop! Angie's right. Talk to ette. Hopefully she'll have a good solution for you. Mom to Dane (4 yo) and Cece (13 mo) DOC Grads > > > > Angie, > > Don't you find it odd that it took a MONTH for this baby to get her > > band?
