Breakfast: 2 pcs light toast w/ p.b.-3

yogurt-2

Lunch- bread w/ diet marg-6( bakery bread from the store-yum)

1 c. veg soup-1

turkey on lt wheat w/ mustard-2

Dinner: salad-3

roll-3

yogurt-2

Snack- lt microwave popcorn w/ ICBINB spray-4

Crystal Light raspberry peach-0

TOTAL: 26 pts

RANGE: 20-25(went over 1)

WATER: 86 oz

EXERCISE: 20 min. exercise tape, 10 min bike riding

Just a bit off today but not too bad, Went over 1 pt but not anything

I'll lose sleep over. A bit short on my water compared to what I

normally drink, but still good .
