Hi everyone, I'm new here and hope I can get some much needed help and

advice.

I've struggled with this weight loss issue for yrs, as I'm sure you all have.

Just can't seem to get a good handle on anything that might help. I know

that I have to cut calories and increase movement and drink, drink, drink

LOTS of water. But doing it seems to be the problem!! After reading your

latest posts, am I to assume that eating something every 3 hrs is helpful?

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to getting to know you guys....
