Guest guest
, I hope Leah is feeling better! Does she have RSV? The exit casting is far less important than taking care of her illness. When you call to reschedule ask what signs you should look for to tell that the band no longer fits. Cece's measurements, etc are 12/30. She hasn't been wearing the band for the last week. She was tugging at it and pulling the velcro. That never happened before. Hopefully the medicine will work and she is feeling better soon! Guest guest
I hate the breathing treatments! We have been doing them on and off for a year w/my Allie. Just get her better and reschedule the exit cast, a week or two after her graduation won't make much of a difference. Good luck! Natasha > > My poor baby is so sick. Guest guest
Hi , at first on Monday they said she could have RSV or asthma or both. Sent her home with nebulizer and breathing treatments every 4-6 hours. Today I brought her back in cause even after the breathing treatments she is wheezing. They checked her over and after telling them that the nebulizer is barely helping if at all they said thats a pretty sure sign of RSV, very characteristic. They said it lasts 7-10 days and Leah is only on day 6. I called CT and said I had to cancel and asked if I could speak to orthoist about when to take the band off for good. Unfortunately I had to leave to go to Leahs appt and by the time I got home they were closed. So I will give them a call tomorrow ask for the signs of the band being too small and reschedule exit casting. My poor baby!

Guest guest
Thanks everyone! I called CT today and canceled the appt. Unfortunately I was unable to speak to the orthoist today about when to take the band off for good, nor did I reschedule yet. I will do that tomorrow. For now, I am doing everything I can to make Leah somewhat comfy during her first REAL illness and I hope she feels better soon. My poor little munchkin.
